Racine Flame Spray, Inc. is looking for a “go getter” that wants to learn a job like no other. We apply metal and ceramic coatings for our customers on-site at their facility all across the United States. We provide on-site services by hauling our equipment with truck and trailer to their location, therefore a Valid Driver's License is required. In the beginning, you will be paired with one of our senior technicians who will guide you through the process. On average, these jobs take 3-5 days.

Benefits to On-Site Work are:

• Additional Pay. Your pay rate is increased when you are on these on-site jobs
• Travel the country with all expenses paid.

When you are not performing on-site work, you will work in our 22,000 Square Foot facility where we spray coatings for a wide variety of customers. You will learn from our senior technicians how to take a job from start to finish. We are a job shop so we are always working on different types of parts and learning new things.

We are looking for someone that is willing to be trained and willing to travel. Your experience and background will be taken into consideration.
